Meet the Founders

Dee

As a solution-focused Project Director, Dee brings 20 years of expertise in the media and advertising industry. She has successfully led creative teams, managed end-to-end delivery of multi-million-pound integrated marketing projects for global organisations, and driven strategic planning to meet organizational objectives.

Dee has played a key role in leading change management for one of the largest retail businesses in the UK, ensuring the seamless implementation of new processes and workflow.

Harriet

Harriet has dedicated the past decade to shaping the international media landscape, driven by an ambition to create a more efficient and collaborative way to work.  

She has represented global brands across a range of industry sectors, responsible for client leadership, international network operations, transformation services and project management.

An industry leader, Harriet has been recognised in the UK trade press as 30 under 30 in 2022 with Media Week, she has also joined the judging panel for Campaign Magazine industry awards for the last two years. 

Her experience in client-facing roles across various global brands has made her a trusted advisor to both colleagues and clients.

Her expertise in global market management, coupled with her talent for streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiencies, has led to numerous success stories.
